Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Administrative & Operations Executive to support our team. This role is perfect for someone with 2-3 years of experience in administration and operations who is eager to grow, develop new skills, and contribute to our vision of "Humanizing Organizations." You will work closely with our leadership and team members, valuing confidentiality, discretion, and a collaborative spirit.
Roles & Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team, including scheduling appointments, managing communications, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Support business operations such as client management, preparation of commercial proposals, and training logistics.
- Ensuring efficient office operations.
- Handle various professional requirements as needed.
Business Growth
- Engage in marketing and business development activities, including drafting proposals and tender documents.
- Prepare presentations and communication materials for clients and partners.
- Perform other duties to support business growth initiatives.
Business Foundation
- Assist in tech hosting for online programs on a rotational basis.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the business.
Job Requirements
We are looking for a motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within our team. Candidates should possess the following qualities:
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative and operations roles.
- Effective and efficient in handling administrative duties, highly organized, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills in English, both written and oral.
- Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
- Effective customer service skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to work on weekends (e.g., Saturday) when required for training sessions.
- Experience and knowledge in AI applications is a plus.
