Job Description

  • Generating a search strategy, including industry, competitor and candidate ideas, in collaboration with the Executive Recruiting Lead and Talent Acquisition Leader.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key competitors and build accurate, comprehensive talent maps of candidates suitable for the search mandate
  • Prepare and present internal talent intelligence reports to strategic partners and business stakeholders including but not limited to department / regional heads of business, HR leaders & C-suite-
  • Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time.
  • Maintaining data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the field of talent acquisition, human resources, executive search or recruitment consultancy
  • Experience in active candidate identification and sourcing or comparable research experience
  • Self-motivated, possesss a high sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
  • Adaptable and can pivot as searches evolve over time
  • Creative approach and willing to explore different avenues when solving challenging searches
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Articulate verbal and written communication skills
  • High sense of integrity and confidentiality
