Job Description
- Strategic Analysis: Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of our operations, market trends, and customer behaviours. Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements
- Project Management: Develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely execution and delivery of project outcomes
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with local market commercial teams and regional stakeholders. Gather insights, address critical issues, and work collaboratively to develop actionable solutions that align with our commercial objectives
- Continuous Optimisation: Understand our marketing, business development, and commercial objectives. Continuously optimise strategies, designs, reporting, and planning processes to maximise commercial success
- Best Practices Advocacy: Work diplomatically to promote the adoption of planning and execution best practices within the organisation. Share insights and success stories from projects to inspire faster adoption across teams
- The role may specialise in one of these domain areas: Campaigns and Programs, Costs Optimisation, User Acquisition & Retention, Product Marketing, Promotions, Seller Marketing, Brands and Seller management
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to contribute to business objectives
