We are looking for a detail-oriented NetReveal Business Analyst to join our team and support our anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with the NetReveal platform, understanding its capabilities and functionalities, to analyze and enhance our existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the NetReveal platform and its use in AML investigations.
  • Analyze current business processes involving NetReveal to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Support testing efforts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of enhancements and new features in the NetReveal system.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support for stakeholders utilizing the NetReveal platform.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes and best practices in AML compliance, ensuring that NetReveal processes align with industry standards.
  • Assist in data analysis to support decision-making and reporting needs related to financial crime investigations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on the NetReveal platform.
  • Strong understanding of AML regulations and financial crime compliance processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools to support analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
