Job Summaries

The Sales Account Director shall develop sales and go to market strategy for new business expansion

This role is responsible is to drive a pipeline opportunity from prospecting, pre-qualifying leads, setting discovery meeting, following-up and commercial proposal up to order closure.

He/ She require to have strong own customer network of decision maker and business partner network

This role will also require to have strong business partner network especially in SEA region – Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Base:

Option 1: Thailand with highly fluent English speaking. Japanese speaking will be value add

Option 2: Indonesia with highly fluent English speaking. Japanese speaking will be value add

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and organize customer visit/meeting to close new sales to achieve sales target
  • Develop and growth strategic account to have recuring business and scale up business Y2Y for the respective account
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing/new customers
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies with action plan to penetrate into new markets
  • Source and develop new customer accounts and expand business opportunities

· Understand the decision maker, winning price and competition. And position services to win the competition

· Develop business partner network in Key Vertical Focus area to accelerate new account

· Involve on commercial Proposal review ensuring within the target winning and customer budget

Essential Skill

· Strong Customer network and decision maker C level for Key focus area

· Strong Business Partner Network to introduce new customer including C Suite and decision maker

· Strong sales experience and ability to drive the meeting and showcase the solution value to the customers.

· Strong consultative approach when talking to customer and ability to identify the customer challenges and navigate the right entry of the conversation and solution offering

· Ability to do solution demonstration and good sale presentation skillset.

· Ability to strategize the account strategy development

· Strong Recuring Business Experience e.g SaaS

· Highly multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learning agility.

· Ability to thrive on fast-paced and agile environment.

· Excellent presentation skill and customer centric
