We are an established Online & In-store Jewellery SME seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive for immediate employment to join our team. Working location at Orchard.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily updating of orders and sales transactions.
  • Bank reconciliation, GST submission preparation, and making payments to vendors.
  • Cheques and cash banking, petty cash reimbursement.
  • Liaise with bankers to facilitate investment transactions.
  • Payroll computation.
  • Update and maintain HR records such as commission, leave records, and time.
  • Provides secretarial duties to the director, such as scheduling appointments and handling expenses.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/MS Word.
  • Experienced with Million Accounting Software or other accounting software will be an advantage.
  • Positive attitude with a high level of integrity and initiative.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Min Diploma or experience in Accounting, Business Studies, or any related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
