  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

This role is crucial in expanding our services beyond school workshops into adult learning programs and other educational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business strategy, with a passion for education.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities in adult learning and other educational sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals.
  • Actively expand market share and build strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and manage client requests.
  • Operational Management:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Consult and manage the business marketing strategy and operations.
  • Develop strategies to position the company’s products/services effectively.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to management.
  • Marketing and Sales:
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure a strong and consistent brand identity across all materials.
  • Enhance sales performance and optimize distribution channels.
  • Develop sales strategies aligned with client segmentation and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a sales and service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
