We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic & Social Media Designer to join our team in the photography industry. This role is primarily focused on graphic design, with a secondary responsibility for social media management. The ideal candidate is not only a visual storyteller but also exceptionally proficient in all design and editing software, with a passion in design, photography, and digital marketing.

This is an office-based role at our HQ in MacPherson, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. We welcome fresh graduates, and candidates with a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design (Primary Role):

  • ⁠ Create stunning visual content for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website graphics, marketing collateral, and promotional materials.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Ensure impeccable brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Edit and enhance photos and videos with precision, using advanced techniques in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and other industry-standard tools.
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize innovative and dynamic visuals that align with our brand and photography themes.
  • Produce high-quality designs with fast turnaround times while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.

Social Media Management (Secondary Role):

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms with a strong design focus.
  • Analyze social media performance, gather insights, and suggest data-driven strategies for optimization.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with a professional and creative approach.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in social media and the photography industry to continuously elevate content strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
  • Advanced photo and video editing skills in Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent programs.
  • Solid understanding of social media content creation, branding, and best practices for digital platforms.
  • Exceptional creativity, a keen eye for detail, and an ability to produce visually compelling content.
  • A deep passion for photography and digital content creation with a focus on high-quality visual output.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects with a strong attention to deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they possess a high skill level in relevant software.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Familiarity with photography techniques, including lighting, composition, and advanced editing methods.
