Our client is a leading Investment company. They are looking for a Finance Manager to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Finance Manager is responsible for:

Duties

  • Conduct financial planning and analysis, including detailed variance analysis for monthly and quarterly reports, to aid organizational decision-making.
  • Support business teams in evaluating investment, divestment, and operational considerations during acquisitions or divestments.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accounting and tax implications are adequately addressed.
  • Collaborate with joint venture partners on financial and operational matters, including dividends and shareholder loans, as needed.
  • Prepare cash flow projections, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets while reviewing operational plans and underlying assumptions
  • Assist in reviewing and updating Financial Authorization Limits annually with the Platform Finance Business Partner Lead.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, system enhancements, and automation.
  • Contribute to segment consolidation and prepare financial and management reports for the Segment and Division.
  • Liaise with auditors on group-level audit issues and work with Accounts & Operations teams on reporting requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or department heads.

Requirements

  • Min Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent
  • Strong accounting knowledge and application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) will be added advantages
  • Exposure in SGX and Business Partnering will be added advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 and BPC would be advantageous
