  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Finance & Account Specialist:Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments (telegraphic transfer, cheque, GIRO, etc.) while maintaining compliance with financial policies and internal controls.
  • Manage Global Netting operations to ensure timely and accurate settlements with related group companies.
  • Perform accounts payable checks, verifying vendor invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
  • Handle payment-related duties, including posting and checking cost centres for bank charges, expenses, and payments.
  • Prepare journal vouchers related to accounts payable transactions.
  • Review accounts payable status, identify aged items, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Ensure timely monthly closing of accounts payable and resolve bank reconciliation matters.
  • Support the accounts receivables function, including verification and timely posting of incoming funds.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end audit confirmations.
  • Support ad-hoc financial responsibilities and process improvement projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in accounting, particularly in accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and language skills, with good computer literacy and attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various departments.
  • Ability to manage high transaction volumes and meet reporting deadlines when required.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,200 + AWS + VB (3 - 6 Months)
  • Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
  • Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
