  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • In charge of BIM Team consisting of BIM Coordinators & Modellers.
  • Manage process of exchange, collaboration and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
  • Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during design, construction and handover of the projects.
  • Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice.
  • Prepare, execute and maintain BIM strategies and plans.
  • Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workfl ows and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects deliverables.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Degree in Engineering and Specialist Diploma in BIM with at least 7 years and above of working experience in construction, design, drafting or coordination in services.
  • Well-versed in Singapore BCA BIM e-submission (Corenet X) process, requirements and guidelines
  • With at least 7 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large scale projects, preferably buildings and civil engineering projects.
  • Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility and ability to handle pressure.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
