Job Scope:

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams, handling customer inquiries, and developing strategies to expand the company’s presence in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, and developers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and project updates.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Project Coordination & Sales Support

  • Work closely with the project and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in contract negotiations, quotations, and tenders to secure new projects.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and increase sales revenue.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Financial & Account Management

  • Monitor project budgets, payments, and billing to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  • Work with the finance team to track outstanding payments and follow up with clients when necessary.
  • Prepare financial reports and projections for management review.
  • Prepare and submit the GST report to the government.

Marketing & Networking

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
  • Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales (preferably in the construction industry).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore construction industry and BCA regulations is a plus.
