- Drive administrative, operational, reporting and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams
- Manage financial control by applying a comprehensive understanding of the department Profit & Loss (P&L), including appropriate accruals, client allocations, the impact of capitalization, recovery and fixed price contracts in order to improve operational efficiency and productivity
- Responsible for all cross product technology, regulatory and administrative duties in conjunction with the team, including financial, staffing, quality, risk and regulatory matters

- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services
- Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology, including Profit & Loss (P&L), accruals, client allocations, capitalization, recovery and fixed price contracts
- Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree preferred

Business Management
- Assist CSG sales heads and Rates Sales Heads in day-to-day management of the business in Asia
- Support the business growth strategy and drive implementation of strategy
- Manage Sales’ plan, outlook processes, and oversee monthly and quarterly business reviews as needed by Senior Management
- Understand financials and drivers
- Assist business heads in responding to changes in the environment
- Manage budgetary requirements and relevant processes e.g. QBR, CE2 writeup, Executive Scorecard,
- Represent Rates Sales & CSG CAO on governance forums in Asia
- Coordinate regulatory reviews for the cluster
- Assist in internal audit reviews, providing materials and address concerns arising from these reviews
- Ensure the business is run in compliance with all internal and regulatory standards
- Work with Sales to instill a strong culture of conduct and control
- Ensure the people strategy and organizational capabilities are aligned to business strategy
- Support the Sales heads managing the headcount and hiring processes
- Support the Sales heads overseeing VOE (Voice of Employee) work streams in partnership with Human Resources
