About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional investors, including hedge funds, asset managers, and family offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the cryptocurrency market.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at institutional investors globally.
- Sales Execution: Close deals and achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship building.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on global market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes within the cryptocurrency industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with internal teams for successful client onboarding.
- Market Penetration: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's market share.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of proven success in a business development or sales role within the financial services industry, with a strong preference for experience within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Prior experience with loan / call option models is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including trading strategies, regulations, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English is essential.
