Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify key opportunities and execute a pipeline of prioritised deals
  • To create business opportunities by increasing customer interaction in particular through increased valuable, productive time with the customer at relevant level
  • Responsible for customer success and satisfaction, delivering the best-possible outcomes and exceptional experiences for the customer
  • Participate, as needed, at multi levels including end users and executive management to develop opportunities, delivering formal presentations and proposals, and engage in face-to-face meetings with key prospects and customers
  • To communicate frequently with the project team regarding enquiries and project tender
  • Make outbound prospecting calls and communicate via email and social media
Job Requirements
  • A proven track record of working executively in a technology driven and product focused environment with complex stakeholders
  • Good to have experience in managing B2B relationships with ecosystem partners - property developers, real estate
  • Managing agent, contractors, etc
