About the Job

We are seeking a Business Development Director to join a fintech company in Singapore, focused on delivering customer-led payment solutions, financial management tools, and digital transformation services.

Salary: SGD 14K-15K per month

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Management to develop and implement strategic business plans to promote payment solutions.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and track sales leads and opportunities, providing regular updates to drive improved sales performance.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of key accounts and create strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, working with consultants to identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in driving successful sales and forming strategic alliances.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, regional experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in new business development, including lead generation, solution presentation, influencing decision-makers, and closing deals.
  • Self-driven, energetic, and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with strong listening and presentation abilities.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexible and proactive in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in using sales reports and CRM systems for tracking and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 8 years (Preferred)
  • Team Management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Digital transformation/Finance or similar industry: 1 year (Preferred)
