What the role is:You will join a team of HR professionals to formulate, implement and review the manpower and recruitment strategies and approach to meet HDB manpower needs, supported by insights and observations from HR analytics. You should also be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and possess strong attention to detail. Candidates with relevant experience in HR analytics, recruitment or HR systems will have an added advantage. Selected candidates will be offered a 1 year contract as a start, with possibility for extension of contract.
