Regional Associate Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the Service Engineering Teams across multiple countries, overseeing the commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products, ensuring they are correctly installed and safe to use.
- Directly support your team in Singapore and remote direct reports by guiding them in solving technical problems and managing high-priority escalations, allocating work and managing the team by offering assistance around the clock via various communication channels.
- Personally provide engineering support for specific products, working on complex issues that require deep technical expertise.
- Oversee inventory management, working with manufacturers on technical issues and spare parts while ensuring stock levels are optimal and all tools are properly calibrated.
- Review and prepare service contracts and quotations for maintenance, repairs, and other technical services to meet customer needs, including the terms and pricing.
- Develop and share best practices by creating training materials, guides, and knowledge bases to upskill your team and drive efficiency.
