Job Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages with careful attention to detail and presentation.
- Set up tables before service and maintain cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Be well-informed about the menu, including daily specials, and offer recommendations to guests.
- Process guest payments promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless service.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies or supporting events.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
