- Execute and assist Sales Managers in effective sales strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
- Monitoring sales cycle for sales managers by promptly replying to sales inquiries, perform multiple follow-ups, expediate closing deals and chasing payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, partnership and support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support all sales and marketing initiatives, including ad-hoc roadshows/events
- Collaborate with PHP call center in acquiring quality leads for web demos.
- Prepare and deliver lead allocation reports and presentations.
- Consistently update Hubspot, ensuring data integrity.
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B environment, especially within the service and consulting industry
- Knowledge in HR solution system or HR function would be at advantage.
- Ability to provide good customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Ability to adapt to changes and evolving business needs.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and display abilities as a good team player.
- CRM (Hubspot) and automation tools familiarity is a plus.
