We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales to join our team. This ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts for corporate events, private parties, and other large gatherings. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in sales, good customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
Job Description:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients and companies for event space sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Create customized sales pitches and presentations to attract and secure new business be it B2B or B2C.
- Understand clients’ needs and preferences to tailor event proposals and packages.
- Collaborate with the brand teams to ensure seamless coordination of events.
- Ensure all event details are communicated clearly to the operations team for flawless execution.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion, and market feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Follow up with client’s post-event to gather feedback and build long term relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales, events management, or hospitality sales.
- Strong understanding in F&B industry, corporate hospitality, and event planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail oriented and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
