- Perform impact assessment and ensure timely creation, update, validation, testing and documentation of content changes related to medication-related terminology, data standards, clinical and operational content for prescribing, dispensing, administration and clinical decision support according to established processes and editorial guides.
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, functional testing, and support system enhancements, upgrades and/or implementation.
- Track change request status, deliverables and timeline.
- Identify and implement process improvements primarily within Informatics Service group and/or respective areas.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- BSc (Pharmacy) or equivalent.
- Prior Epic Willow certification and clinical/informatics working experience preferred but not mandatory. Training for Epic certification will be provided, where needed, and certification is expected within 3 months of hire.
- Systematic, analytical and meticulous in approach.
- Possesses good problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively as an individual as well as in a team.
- Ability to work on complex issues simultaneously.
