You’ll help keep track of paperwork, communicate with clients, and support the team to deliver excellent service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Be the main contact for clients, answering questions and resolving any issues they have with their policies.
  • Manage Documents: Organize client files, policy details, renewals, and claims.
  • Assist Consultant: Help with planning meetings and following up on client actions.
  • Client Relationship: Keep clients happy by offering personalized support and ensuring they feel valued.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure all paperwork is in order and follows company rules.
  • Work with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to get policies approved and updated.
  • Track Progress: Provide regular updates on client interactions and policy status.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1 year in Customer Engagement
  • Communication: Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to keep things organized and accurate.
  • Problem-Solver: Can quickly find solutions to client concerns.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Education: A levels/Diploma
