As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert beauty advice to our clients. You will represent our brand and products with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping customers look and feel their best.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Provide personalised beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and demonstrate skincare and products to customers.
  • Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that match their skin type, tone, and concerns.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches.
  • Maintain a clean and organised outlet, ensuring products are well-stocked.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
  • Makeup artistry or skincare certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 72 per week
