The successful candidate will provide essential IT support and contribute to the management and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication to support our dynamic and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Technical Support: Provide 1st line technical support for CIB applications, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and incidents in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.Infrastructure Maintenance: Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.Hardware Inventory: Maintain accurate inventories of hardware and ensure proper tracking, deployment, and disposal.Collaboration: Work closely with Asia Hub (Hong Kong) IT and global IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.System Upgrades: Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.Security and Compliance: Ensure all systems and applications comply with corporate security policies and regulatory requirements.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support ongoing operations and future projects.User Training: Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills and understanding of IT systems where applicable.Business Continuity Management: Coordinate periodic business continuity drills and maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan.Required Qualifications:Education: Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in various IT systems, including networking, servers, storage, databases and cybersecurity.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL, Cisco Certified Network Associate) are advantageous.Global Experience: Experience working in a global organization with diverse teams and stakeholders.Skills:IT Problem Solving
