Job Scopes:
- Performs general maintenance duties as needed.
- Carries out routine upkeep of equipment, including cleaning, chemical preparation, topping up coolant/hydraulic oils, and disposing of machining waste.
- Maintains a well-organized and efficient workspace following 5S principles.
- Ensures all workplace facilities are clean, orderly, and in working condition.
- Tests and verifies the functionality of safety mechanisms.
- Documents maintenance activities and manages equipment and supply inventory.
- Reports any issues or concerns to the Production Manager.
- Examines and troubleshoots machinery and systems to identify potential faults.
- Ensures that operational procedures align with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal work instructions.
- Adheres to the company's ethical and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years in the manufacturing sector, with hands-on experience in facility and machine upkeep.
- At least a Diploma or Certification from a Vocational, Technical, or Engineering institute, specializing in Mechanical Engineering.
