Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Support:
- Assist in tracking and managing sales leads, ensuring all follow-ups are recorded accurately.

- Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, performance analysis, and lead conversion insights.
- Assist with internal coordination between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, and logistics).
Inventory & Documentation Management:
- Help track vehicle inventory and availability for showroom and sales team reference.
- Assist in preparing and organizing sales-related documents, contracts, and financing paperwork.
- Ensure that sales records are updated and aligned with company reporting standards.
Event & Marketing Support:
- Assist in sales-related events, test drive arrangements, and promotional activities.
- Support the team in preparing materials for sales campaigns and presentations.
- Conduct research on competitor sales strategies, pricing, and customer trends.
Ad-Hoc Business Support:
Assist with any additional tasks or projects as required by the business to support sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interest in automotive sales and operations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM or sales software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under deadlines.
