The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with the sales team and other departments to support day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations Support:

  • Assist in tracking and managing sales leads, ensuring all follow-ups are recorded accurately.
  • Maintain and update the sales database, ensuring proper documentation of prospects and conversions.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales reports, performance analysis, and lead conversion insights.
  • Assist with internal coordination between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, finance, and logistics).

Inventory & Documentation Management:

  • Help track vehicle inventory and availability for showroom and sales team reference.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing sales-related documents, contracts, and financing paperwork.
  • Ensure that sales records are updated and aligned with company reporting standards.

Event & Marketing Support:

  • Assist in sales-related events, test drive arrangements, and promotional activities.
  • Support the team in preparing materials for sales campaigns and presentations.
  • Conduct research on competitor sales strategies, pricing, and customer trends.

Ad-Hoc Business Support:

Assist with any additional tasks or projects as required by the business to support sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in automotive sales and operations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of CRM or sales software is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work under deadlines.
