- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master role
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Agile values and principles
- In-depth expertise in digital channels with good knowledge in integrating with partners using APIs and other technologies
- Good knowledge in end-to-end business process in Consumer Banking's Customer onboarding, Customer Relationship management (CRM), Wealth products such as Unit Trust, Bonds and Structure Investment
- Strong team coach and mentor
- Strong team player in the wider Agile community
- Effective listener and communicator
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experienced and strong ability in managing stakeholder expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
