  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced VP, Financial and Regulatory Reporting professional to join their dynamic Finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while enhancing your expertise in financial and regulatory reporting.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial and regulatory reporting obligations of the bank, ensuring compliance with MAS and other regulatory agencies.
  • Manage legal entity risk and ensure adherence to the Group’s financial control, data management, and regulatory reporting frameworks.
  • Utilize expertise in regulatory rules and requirements to advise the business, drive capital/liquidity efficiencies, and assess regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity, enhance automation, and drive process improvements.
  • Lead finance regulatory projects, including those driven by regulatory changes, business transformations, or new product activities.
  • Handle ad hoc requests from MAS and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Work closely with external auditors to facilitate successful audit completion.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance with CA or CPA qualification.
  • 8+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial control, or legal entity control within a bank / financial institution.
  • Strong technical expertise in IFRS-based financial reporting and MAS regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and implementation of regulatory and internal system changes.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and related regulatory controls.
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on developing and supporting high-performing teams.
