Job Responsibilities:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting for assigned regions.
- Develop regional business strategies for overseas expansion in alignment with company goals.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies based on market conditions and industry trends.
- Regularly review and adjust strategies based on market dynamics and performance analysis.
2. Sales Target and Budget Management:
- Develop and execute marketing plans, including target breakdowns, to achieve sales goals.
- Manage regional sales and market objectives, ensuring effective progress toward targets.
- Prepare and allocate annual sales targets and budget expenses.
- Periodically review budget performance and adjust plans to meet objectives based on market conditions.
3. Key Account Management:
- Develop and execute plans for acquiring and maintaining relationships with overseas key accounts.
- Regularly conduct customer visits and relationship-building activities to ensure strong cooperation.
- Lead market expansion efforts, collecting industry insights and understanding market dynamics.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Analyze market data and sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.
- Update senior management on work progress, sales data, and performance evaluations.
5. Other Duties:
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, English, Inorganic Non-Metallic Materials, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with existing overseas sales resources.
- Prior marketing or sales experience in leading companies in the industry, such as Gerresheimer, SCHOTT, or Corning.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in English for both written and oral communication; professional-level fluency is required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in office software and a high level of responsibility and execution.
- Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) proficiency is preferred.
