  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position Overview

As a Legal Counsel, you will deliver comprehensive legal support to ensure that the company's operations and game products adhere to relevant laws while enforcing internal company policies. You will collaborate closely with various departments to minimize legal risks and safeguard the company’s interests within the dynamic and evolving gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing a significant volume of operational agreements with vendors and partners, including service agreements, licensing agreements, and independent contractor agreements related to various projects and services.
  • Overseeing compliance with global data protection and privacy laws, with a particular focus on the US, EU, Singapore, China, Japan, and South Korea.
  • Keeping abreast of legal developments in the mobile gaming industry and providing guidance on their potential impacts to the business.
  • Monitoring intellectual property (IP) to address infringement issues and manage related incidents or complaints.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of a legal framework that promotes operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of corporate integrity.
