Measures of successIn three months, you would have to:
  • Embrace GroupM's value proposition and familiar with the company culture.
  • Supervise, train and mentor a team of billing specialists.
  • Oversee the billing processes and monitor workflow to meet deadlines.
In six months, you would have to:
  • Ensure accuracy in billing data and monitor unbilled media, media accruals and prompt payment.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in timely manner.
In 12 months, you would have to:
  • Make recommendations on optimising the billing processes.
  • Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities of the role:
  • Team management and supervision

  • Any other work or duties assigned by the management
What you will need:
  • At least 5 years of in similar position, people, team management skill is essential
