Job Brief:
We are looking for a high-performing & dynamic Alliance management professional to help us in revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on alliance & partners manager.
The candidate should have experience in partnering with platform companies, Software Vendors, while driving solutions for business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnerships that align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success. Ability to identify deals through partners for growing the business.
- Partnerships are required with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft et al
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal delivery and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and collaboration with partners, driving joint initiatives and programs.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contracts with partners, ensuring beneficial terms and conditions for the organization.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform partnership strategies.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years professional alliance management work experience within IT Services/ System Integration companies in Singapore and Southeast Asia
- Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services.
- Hungry, motivated and self-driven
- Proven Alliance and partnership executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts
- Hunting experience, combined with mining
- Business degree or equivalent
- Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and partners.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and drive long-term goals.
- Negotiation: Skilled negotiator with experience in high-stakes discussions.
