Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to oversee and manage financial planning and portfolio management for a large-scale real estate portfolio. As the Head - Equity Capital Markets, you will play a key role in driving equity capital-raising initiatives, including follow-on offerings, and strategic capital transactions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals and work closely with issuers, investors, and internal stakeholders to structure and execute transactions that align with Firms objectives and market conditions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating and implementing a long-range real estate asset management and/or capital raise strategy.
  • Led and drove fundraising and investor relations efforts across multiple asset classes, including private equity, private credit, and public equities.
  • Responsible to maximizing the performance and value of the company's portfolio of real estate assets that are owned and/or managed through acquisitions, dispositions.
  • Ideation, origination and execution of transaction with respect to Capital Raise initiatives and new project acquisitions.
  • Originating deals through bottoms-up data mining/primary research and leveraging networks such as Property Consultants, Investment banks, local brokers, Banks, Wealth Managers, Institutional firms and referrals.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of deals including preparation of pitch decks/Information Memorandums, Valuation, Financial Models, Structuring, Due Diligence management, Documentation, Negotiations and Landowner/ institutional Investors Management.
  • Opportunity Evaluation and Analysis covering micro-market insights, potential transaction structures, and financial feasibilities including scenario analysis, investment committee information memorandum and senior management presentations.
  • Overall transaction management covering Negotiations, Preparation of commercial offers and Term sheet, Due diligence management, Deal Structuring, Transaction documentation management.
  • Proactive project monitoring and regular reporting to all stakeholders.
  • Review and stay current with all regulations, policies and procedures, and industry trends.
