  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary:

My client is an award-winning communications consultancy firm looking for a Senior Account Manager/Account Director to support its growing healthcare accounts in Singapore. The agency has a clear career progression and works on integrated marketing campaigns. You will work with clients to make a difference in global health. Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement communication plans for the client including content calendar, long-term strategies, and corporate reputation.
  • Develop and oversee communications assets for the target audience including press releases, social media content, and thought leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients in different segments such as healthcare, nutrition, ESG.
  • Lead and manage client relationships, maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical writers, designers, and digital specialists to ensure integrated and impactful campaigns
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and profitable project delivery
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the Business Development team to generate leads and proposals
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions

About you:

  • 8+ years of experience in PR/communications (agency required, healthcare comms experience preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and prior experience in a client-focused role (ideal).
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Updated with ongoing trends and themes in healthcare communication practices.
  • Professional work ethic and willingness to lead.
  • Mature, driven and can mentor the team to success.
