Responsibilities:Technical Management and Standard Construction:1. Lead the formulation of the MEP technical standard system in the Asia-Pacific region to ensure that the design of HVAC, power, water supply and drainage, and fire protection systems complies with the group's technical specifications, regional regulations, and the optimization goals of the total life cycle cost (TCO)2. Review the technical solutions for regional project MEP systems, coordinate the BIM collaborative design process, and lead cross-disciplinary technical coordination meetings3. Establish an MEP design knowledge base to provide professional technical guidance and training for regional design teams and partnersProject Full Cycle Control:1. Lead the preparation of regional MEP project standardized node control processes to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.2. Establish a multi-disciplinary coordination mechanism for mechanical and electrical systems, and coordinate the management of professional interfaces such as architecture, structure, and intelligence.3. Develop a digital management platform for MEP projects Platform to achieve real-time dynamic monitoring of construction progress, quality and cost.Supply chain and quality management:1. Formulate a grading evaluation system for MEP suppliers, lead the annual review and technical briefing of strategic partners.2. Establish a three-dimensional visualization acceptance standard for hidden engineering of electromechanical systems, and implement a flight inspection system for key nodes.3. Develop an MEP engineering quality early warning system and build a defect prevention database.Sustainable development practice:1. Promote low-carbon electromechanical design solutions under the LEED/BREEAM certification system.2. Develop a regional climate-adaptive energy-saving technology solution library (including special solutions for tropical/subtropical climate zones).3. Establish regional implementation standards for energy management systems (EMS).Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related majors.2. More than 8 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering management in multinational companies, including 5 years of practical experience in catering industry projects in the Asia-Pacific region.3. Proficient in mechanical and electrical engineering specifications in major Asia-Pacific markets.4. Familiar with the special electromechanical needs of the catering industry, and those with experience in electromechanical system design/construction management of chain catering brand projects are preferred.5. Have cross-cultural team leadership and can effectively coordinate multilingual work teams in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.6. Hold the qualification of a registered engineer in electromechanical specialty.7. Mandarin and English can be used as working languages.
