Job Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities: (60%)
- Provide support to Private Wealth Advisors in the account opening process and client onboarding.
- Serve as the key contact for administrative tasks and client-related matters.
- Address client requests promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Assist Private Wealth Advisors in maintaining up-to-date Know Your Client (KYC) documentation and compliance-related sales reports.
- Aid in the maintenance and periodic updates of Private Wealth Policies & Procedures.
Secondary Responsibilities: (40%)
Regional Responsibilities: Private Wealth
- Provide administrative support for the regional Private Wealth team.
- Maintain and update regional business presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely reminders of key schedules, appointments, and meetings for the regional team.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support business needs beyond standard working hours.
- Exhibit a proactive, start-up mentality, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
- Bachelors Degree or Professional Certificate
- 3 to 10 years of experience in client servicing administrative function within Private or Premier Banking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong ability to create and organize business slides for effective communication.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to excel under pressure.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to multitask and make sound decisions with minimal guidance.
- Soft Skills: Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong collaboration skills within a small team setting.
