  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Hudson Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious Singapore-based law firm to source an Associate Lawyer with 3 to 5 years PQE. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to join a dynamic and well-regarded practice specializing in corporate, funds, and wealth management.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated lawyer with expertise in corporate law, fund structures, and regulatory frameworks within the wealth sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients on fund formation, structuring, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice on fund structures, wealth management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to investment funds, private equity, and corporate transactions.
  • Assist in structuring cross-border investment vehicles and ensuring compliance with MAS regulations.
  • Work closely with clients, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to execute complex transactions.
  • Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and industry best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • Singapore-qualified lawyer with 3–5 years PQE.
  • Strong experience in funds, wealth management, or corporate law.
  • Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in a top-tier law firm or financial institution is advantageous.
