- Structure, draft, and negotiate licensing, distribution, production, marketing, and other commercial agreements
- Support the development and production of original content, and provide counsel on production and post-production related matters
- Provide ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields, including intellectual property, marketing review, consumer affairs and regulatory compliance
- Support international expansion matters and other projects
- Provide compliance training to the business teams

- 5+ years attorney experience in content development, production and marketing, including drafting and negotiating contracts
- Experience working with a studio, production company, or an entertainment and media law firm, and must have extensive experience and strong skills in drafting and negotiating entertainment contractsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Strong legal and business judgment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, together with proficiency in local territory language
- Experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing a broad range of commercial contracts
- Ability to analyze and assess business processes, spot issues and propose/implement solutions
