  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Regional Business Intelligence & Planning department supports the Group President by providing actionable insights on the e-Commerce and fintech landscape. We collaborate with various teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of the overall market which helps to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Description
  • Build and continuously refine global e-Commerce and fintech industry overview to understand market trends and best practices that can benefit Shopee
  • Undertake project-based deep dives into selected topics or countries of interest
  • Coordinate insights / run joint projects with relevant Business teams to identify new opportunities / drive measurable improvements in Shopee performance
  • Prepare executive-level materials for Group President and Leadership team as part of both regular analytical support and key project updates

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Consumer Tech, Consulting, Equity Research, Investment Banking preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • High level of curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
