- 15+ years of experience in insurance underwriting, and a minimum of 7 years focusing on motor insurance, with significant exposure to pricing and actuarial functions.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven track record in developing effective pricing and actuarial models.
- Experience with dynamic pricing methodologies and familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks internationally but specially in Thailand and Malaysia.
