Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and results-oriented Partner Sales Manager to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including resellers, system integrators, and other channel partners. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by expanding our partner ecosystem and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions across businesses in the Singapore region.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to broaden the company’s market reach in Singapore region
  • Partner Sales Enablement: Provide training, support, and resources to partners, helping them better understand our solutions and effectively sell to their customer base.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate closely with partners to develop joint sales strategies, create go-to-market plans, and meet sales targets.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through partner-driven sales activities by managing relationships, ensuring successful implementation, and delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry verticals that would benefit from our platform.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work in close partnership with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources for success.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on partner sales performance, providing regular updates and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in partner or channel sales, ideally within the software or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of products, services, and technology, alongside excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • An existing network of SaaS, IT, or business solution partners in the Singapore region is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Occasional required travel to partner offices and customer sites as needed.
