- Proficient in mapping and documenting business processes and translating complex business requirements into clear specifications and user stories for Agile or waterfall delivery.
- Possess strong analytical skills to perform cost/benefit analysis and evaluate return on investment (ROI).
- Possess excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment and management of requirements.
- Familiar with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in the banking sector.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance banking solutions and operations.
