  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to search for an Application Support Engineer
  • Location: East
  • Contract: 12 months
The TalentTo manage the Bank Critical Mainframe Batch and Console Operations for Production, Development and DR Environment which include the following tasks.
  • Route job listing to Development Environment for SME to troubleshoot.
  • Monitor and respond to System and Batch Console Messages for any abnormalities.
  • Restart Sub-system e.g. CICS, OPC.
  • Re-run/Bypass/Hold/Prioritize/Cancel batch job in OPC.
  • Schedule Batch Jobs via OPC.
  • Monitor resource contention e.g. dataset, tape for batch jobs.
  • Download new configuration item to ATM Machines.
  • Monitor ATM Partner Links.
  • Start/Stop batch initiators to increase/reduce batch concurrency depending on operation hours.
  • Restore EOS Reports as per instructions from Business Users.
  • Cancellation of Changeman Deployment Package.
  • Purging of hung CD process.
  • Achieve Job Listings to Tape Resources.
  • Daily start-up of DR Environment to verify DR replicated image from Production.
  • Escalate to SME / Command Center promptly for Batch Job Failure or Critical Checkpoint Job missed.
  • Perform Regular Infra and Application Health-Check.
  • Monitor System Resources e.g. Jess Pool, CPU Utilization, CICS Max Tasks, Long Running Transactions and Jobs.
  • Generate System Monitoring Reports.
The Job
  • Diploma or higher in Information Management / Technology
  • Minimally 2-3 years of relevant experience in application system support, problem solving, troubleshooting and application development.
  • Proficient in Z/OS, SDSF, OPC
  • Exceptional ability to identify application errors and root cause.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written.
  • Possess good working attitude and a fast learner.
  • Comfortable with shift hours - supporting 24/7, each shift 12 hours
