- Directly closing contracts on already qualified interested leads - end to end experience from nurturing to negotiating
- Own the booking process and ensure smooth handover from sales to community experience team
- Conduct viewings for the leads that have been scheduled on your calendar by the customer success team.
- Ensure you have all the information needed for a viewing to be converted to successful booking.
- Quickly learn the prospects' needs and match them to our available options. Collaborate with the inbound team to arrange and independently conduct viewings.
- To actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of business.
- Attend scheduled viewings timely and ensure timely follow-up on the same business day (24 hours)
- Ensure feedback from the leads are captured during viewings, or post viewings on their final decision-making
- Responsibilities include working with operation staff to ensure end moment check-in's are accommodated. Working with the finance team to ensure invoices generated are correct and payments are made.
- Vigilant in reporting any damages noticed in the properties during viewings to the Sales Operations team.
- Collaborate with the team to arrange and independently conduct viewings
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with sales background, with knowledge in real estate
- Able to hit quota every month and be performance-driven
- Meticulous in lease documentation
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
- High degree of commitment & a good team player.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Hustler & tech savvy
- Ability to work with various departments
- Able to speak Mandarin or other language would be preferable
