  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Information:

  1. Salary range: $3500 - $4000 Basic + $110 Transport allowance
  2. Working hours: Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 5:15pm

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
  • Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
  • Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
  • Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
  • Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
  • Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
  • Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
  • Meeting department quality objectives & ensure maximized machine uptime
  • Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine down time
  • Ensure sustainable continuous improvement initiatives are carried out on machine, equipment and facilities

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering with 5 years experiences
  • Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC Machines with Fanuc Control
  • Experience Installation and Commissioning of CNC and Manual Machines and Welding machines
  • Experience Installation and commissioning of CNC Machines Lathe, Milling, Vertical Machining Centre, Horizontal Machining centre. Alignment Turret, Spindle rebuilt and Service after sale
  • To repair and maintenance of CNC and conventional machine tools including Vacuum furnace, heating furnaces and production automation machinery.
