Responsibilities

  • Risk management & delivery of digital & projects in execution and delivery phases.
  • Function as day-to-day POC for digital clients & BAU.
  • Responsible for Digital related P&L - sustaining account efficiencies, diversification and profitability.
  • Shape and drive workflow efficiencies and profitability of the business.
  • Results oriented in both business and output ensuring project delivery meets the quality needs of the brief, best practice and client expectations.
  • Reviews project management processes and strives to improve them using up to date project management methodologies and tools.
  • In depth understanding of emerging technologies, industry standards, and platforms - latest digital and social platforms, channels and format.
  • High-level understanding of building digital SOWs.
  • In depth understanding on UX/UI and good knowledge of analytics.
  • Ability to write Statement of Work (SOW), Functional Specifications Documents, Test Cases and Deployment plans.
  • Understand the strategic, and business context the client is operating in and applying this knowledge to develop effective solutions for the client.

Job Specifications

Knowledge and Experiences Required

  • Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in digital project management, preferably in the advertising or creative industry.
  • Experience working on & leading UX / UI projects and with various CMS systems such as Wordpress, Sitecore, AEM, Sitefinity & Drupal.
  • Previous experience doing BAU content updates & CMS revamps.
  • Possess sufficient understanding of digital technologies & tools to run projects efficiently, such as HTML5/CSS/Javascript, CMS, development framework, hosting & domain management.
  • Good grasp of effort estimation, production costs and timeline required to establish realistic budgets & deadlines.
  • Proficient with excel & project management tools (eg: Asana, Smartsheets, Jira) for timeline planning and tracking of projects.
  • An ability to prioritise workload as well as an ability to pre-empt, identify and respond to problems
