Job Description
- Lead and mentor the procurement and supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide training to enhance industry knowledge and best practices.
- Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.
- Oversee procurement planning for new F&B outlets, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of all materials, ingredients and supplies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, pricing and delivery terms to meet quality and cost expectations.
- Work closely with culinary teams, operations and hotel management to forecast demand and ensure a seamless supply chain that meets operational needs.
- Monitor supplier performance, enforce compliance with procurement policies and implement risk management strategies to uphold quality and reliability standards.
- Continuously review and enhance procurement processes, ensuring efficiency while implementing cost-reduction strategies without compromising service quality.
- Oversee procurement reports, ensuring timely and insightful analysis to drive informed business decisions. Optimize reporting methods for maximum value.
- Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and leverage ERP software for effective procurement management.
- Minimum 12 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hotel and F&B industry.
- Expertise in hospitality procurement, including pre-opening and compliance requirements.
- Strong background in supply chain management, with a track record of driving efficiency and innovation.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel.
