- Demonstrate understanding of commodity, equity, and fixed income markets and pricing
- Demonstrate understanding of fund administration and fund accounting
- Well versed in post trade execution and reconciliations
- Gain experience with daily reconciliations/collateral management procedures with multiple counterparties on a global basis
- Develop proficiency with software used for investor analysis and communication: Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator
- Maintain and create daily transaction blotter and ensure all trades are settled in a timely manner
