Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Plan, develop and conduct both online and face-to-face lectures and tutorials sessions for Diploma, Specialist and Advanced Diploma modules in at least two of the following areas:
- Human Biology
- Pharmacology
- Integrated Nursing Sciences
- Health Assessment
- Digital Health
- Implement the latest ICT-enabled learning pedagogies and support the development of such tools.
- Provide pastoral care to students to support learning.
- Support school’s outreach efforts, students’ local and overseas programmes.
- Support academic support duties and any other duties as assigned.
- A degree in medicine or equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ working experience in clinical and/or hospital setting.
- Familiar with clinical practice at hospital wards and the teaching of the inter-relationship between normal body functioning and the underlying physiology, pathophysiological mechanism of diseases states and their pharmacological management is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Post- Graduate Diploma in Higher Education, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and/or Diploma in Adult Continuing Education (DACE)
